Staying Home For Autumn In New England

This time of year is a good one for travel. The kids are back in school, the crowds and the prices have dropped off and it’s still warm enough to enjoy lots of popular places. I was in Hawaii last October.

This year, though, I’m mostly at home, which is in central Connecticut. And I have to say, it has its rewards. Like the maple tree in my yard.
