Hotel Wi-Fi Fee Dodged
| November 15th, 2008 1 commentSo this morning I woke up in a very nice hotel, courtesy of Priceline, with a serious need to blog.
Using my Blackberry as a tethered modem was not yielding the required bandwidth and I simply was not willing to pay the $12 hotel wi-fi fee. Matter of pride.
Then I remembered the Starbucks in the lobby. The husband and I carried the laptop downstairs, bought coffees and got a code for Internet access.
Total cost: $5. Plus, we got coffee.
