If you’re wondering who would ride a train for 96 hours to vacation in Siberia, the answer is Maeve.
Maeve is my niece and, though she is just now graduating from college, she has been many places and is headed toward many more. Last year she rode a train across Russia to Lake Baikal in southern Siberia. It is the deepest lake in the world, and holds one-fifth of the Earth’s fresh water.
